The Big Wine Bottle stands as a proud symbol of Australia's wine industry in the heart of the Barossa Valley - the country's most celebrated wine region. This towering bottle represents the premium wines that have made the Barossa world-famous, from the iconic Shiraz to rich Cabernet Sauvignon and everything in between. German settlers established the Barossa's wine industry in the 1840s, and their influence remains in the valley's architecture, culture, and winemaking traditions. The Big Wine Bottle invites visitors to explore over 80 cellar doors, taste wines from some of Australia's oldest vines (many over 100 years old), and experience the food, festivals, and hospitality that make the Barossa a must-visit destination.
